Evovere provides digital marketing, lead generation, pipeline infrastructure, and consulting services to business clients. All services are governed by individual Statements of Work agreed upon between Evovere and the client.

Client Engagements
All client engagements are month-to-month and governed by a signed Statement of Work. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Data ownership, deliverables, and payment terms are defined in each individual SOW.
Limitation of Liability
Evovere provides marketing services on a best-effort basis. While we commit to performance benchmarks documented in our SOW, advertising results are subject to external market variables, platform algorithms, and competition levels. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
